INVENTORY FILTERS
Filter by status, SCAC, Carrier, and date range. CHECKED IN means trailers currently in the yard; CHECKED OUT means trailers that have departed.
CARRIERS
Add a carrier here and it will immediately appear in both SCAC and Carrier dropdowns.
LOCATIONS
Add a new yard location here and it will immediately appear in the Location dropdown.
BACKUP & REPORTS
FILTERED REPORT
Run a report by Status, SCAC, Carrier, and Date Range. CHECKED IN means trailers currently in the yard. CHECKED OUT means trailers that have departed. For CHECKED OUT, the date range uses the Check-Out date. For CHECKED IN, it uses the Check-In date. BOTH includes active and departed trailers, using each record’s applicable activity date.
USER MANAGEMENT
Administrators can create users and assign Administrator, Operator, or Guest access. New and reset passwords must be changed by the user at the next sign-in.
